You will play a pivotal role within the +MORE team, working closely with the directors where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through on-the-job training, and ongoing professional development. The work will be interesting and varied where your responsibilities will include; Preparation of Management Reports to support decision-making Creation of cashflow forecasts and budgets Analysis of financial information to assist client profitability and growth Review of Annual Accounts Ad hoc support with Advisory projects This role will suit someone who loves to take ownership of their work, can demonstrate strong commercial acumen, and have an open communication style. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor is key to your success. To be successful in this role, you’ll need 3+ years’ experience in a Business Advisory or Banking role Bachelor of Commerce, Economics or Business with major in Accounting Commenced or completed CA/CPA Experience using Xero A client focused approach, able to understand the client’s needs Effective communicator and team player Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills Self-manager, maintaining high standards What we can offer Very competitive remuneration and benefits Ability to work flexibly, including working remotely on cloud-based software, or with flexible hours Exposure to complex business advisory services Modern and vibrant company culture National team working together to help our clients be successful Supportive managers and a collaborative team environment Does this sound like an interesting opportunity?
