Job Description :
  • This position will require the ServiceNow Application Developer to collaboratively work within a team of ServiceNow developers to design, develop and implement enterprise wide solutions which create significant business value for Systems.
  • Consults with key stakeholders to develop requirements for enterprise solutions.
  • Develops sound innovative solutions which enable process optimization and automation and create business value.
Skill Matrix:
  • Itil v3 or V4 Certification
  • Minimum 5 Years with Web Application Development
  • Minimum 4 years working in an enterprise IT environment as a ServiceNow developer
  • Nice to have: 2 years working in a FedRamp environment
  • Screening questions included at the top resume included.

Required Skill Set :
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 4 years work experience in the development and implementation phases of a ServiceNow Core application.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience with ServiceNow app development Familiarity with Scrum, SaFe and Agile methodologies.
  • Able to transform business requirements into standardized processes while following ServiceNow's Best Practices.
  • Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards Experience with web technologies that ServiceNow uses. At least an ITILv3 Foundations Certification and a thorough understanding of itil processes
  • Good understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and the ability to consult with customers about these topics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and APIs.
  • 4+ Years with ServiceNow+ 5+Years with
Desired Skills Set :
  • Experience in developing solutions within the Service Portal and applying User Interface concepts.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking/network protocols
  • Experience working in FedRamp environments and associated security features ServiceNow Certification of Implementation Specialist A Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4-6 years work experience in the development and implementation phases of a ServiceNow Core application.
Education Qualification :
  • Bachelor's Degree - this is a hard requirement
