About The Role

Dandy is hiring an experienced Dental Recruiter to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This position is a fixed-term 6 month contract. The Recruiting team owns all the end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional candidate experience as we staff our new Carrollton, Texas facility. This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to make a huge impact in a company that truly values the Recruiting team. This position is an in-office position in our new Carrollton facility. You will be required to come onsite Monday - Friday. This is a fixed-term, 6 month contract.

What You'll Do

Manage high volume, full-cycle recruiting process for our Carrollton facility and other G&A positions across the company for experienced dental lab technicians and management. Sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent at all levels through research, social media, cold calls, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies

What We're Looking For

2+ years of full cycle high volume, dental recruiting experience working with hiring managers and closing candidates. Manufacturing recruiting experience is highly preferred. Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles from high-volume associates/technicians to Manager level positions Excellent networker and understands how to effectively engage candidates across multiple business functions Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
