We are looking for an experienced Employment Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice on the West Coast and can be flexible with location. This attorney will play a pivotal role in providing day-to-day employment law advice and support. This position requires a deep understanding of employment law developments and a commitment to excellence in client service.

Key Responsibilities: Offer proactive legal advice on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with new legislation and best practices. Assist in updating client policies and practices in line with legislative and employment law changes. Support litigation matters from start to finish Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related contracts, including release agreements. Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel. Licensed to practice in Illinois. Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills. Exceptional written and oral communication abilities. Comfortable discussing complex legal matters in a clear, pragmatic manner. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Executive compensation and financial services industry experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
