Role :: Oracle HCM Cloud T&L Consultant resource for OTL Implementation
Location: FL.
Here is a high level JD for this role -
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and Time & Labor-related requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather necessary information for solution design.
  • Design and recommend appropriate solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor module. Configure the system to meet the defined business processes.
  • Ensure that the implementation follows industry best practices and aligns with the project timeline.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the configured Time & Labor module to identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the system. Collaborate with end-users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and make necessary adjustments based on their feedback.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including user guides, process flows, and configuration documents.
  • and resolve functional issues related to Time & Labor processes. Stay updated with Oracle's product releases, patches, and new features, ensuring the system is up-to-date and optimized.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Time & Labor module with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules or third-party systems. Assist in data migration activities
