Location: Larimer County, COStatus: Full-time, 40/hrs. week, 12 hour shiftsShifts available:Overnights: 7pm – 7:30am Sun. - Tues. and every other Sat. 7pm – 7:30am Wed. - Fri. and every other Sat.What You’ll Do:As a Behavioral Health Technician (Case Manager), within our Crisis Residential Unit, the person in this role provides services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Duties include milieu management, brief counseling interventions, psycho-education and activities groups, and treatment planning within a Crisis Stabilization Unit setting. The position interacts extensively with a large interdisciplinary team including RNs, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Therapists, and Psychologists. This position requires knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.Required:Bachelor's degree in behavioral science.Work experience with people with severe and persistent mental illness/substance abuse issues or individuals with similar human-service needs.Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred:Bilingual/Bi-cultural.Trauma Informed Care experience.CAS certification.Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.
