Position Summary: Senior Billing Analyst

The purpose of this position is to perform a range of billing and business administrative duties at an advanced operational level regarding essential support functions necessary invoicing and billing support, financial reporting and contract management.

Billing Analyst Responsibilities

Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement. Coordinating with business unit leads throughout the billing cycle. Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices. Reviewing invoices and Dynamics records to ensure billing accuracy. Coordinating subconsultant and vendor invoice processing Communicating with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications. Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements. Coordinating with corporate accounting teams to reconcile AR/AP. Compiling monthly financial reports. Preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines.

Required Job Qualifications

Education & Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance desired Experience: Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience as a billing analyst or similar role Other: Advanced profiency in Excel related to financials and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and accounting software programs (SAP, Dynamics 365, Quickbook, etc.). Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform all of the essential functions of this position.
