Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration/management, or a related field, with 4+ years of related experience, OR a Master's degree in information technology, business administration/management, with 2+ years of related experience. Non-degreed candidates will also be considered with 12+ years of related experience
  • Minimum 2+ full lifecycle implementations in SAP Logistics/WM Functional area, preferably with S4 HANA environment
  • At least 4+ years of current/recent experience with SAP Logistics/EWM (PP-PI, QM) as a Functional Consultant

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP ABAP and/or Java/Web Application development experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of S/4 HANA simple logistics, EWM functionality, and RF integration
  • Strong SAP EWM subject matter expertise (SME) with knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, and Production Integration
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents, maintaining a high level of functional competency in the standard configuration of Extended Warehouse Management, and leveraging best practices and new trends in Covestro's current and future projects
  • Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to individuals at all levels, including process owners and stakeholders
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to translate needs, concerns, and solutions across functional and stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a tight project timeline
  • Demonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needs

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong understanding of IT architecture and ERP development
