Position Description

  • Coordinate and facilitate the fueling of commercial, corporate, government and military flights. Aspects include: fuel pricing and arrangement, confirming fuel availability with vendors, following operational priorities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.
  • Process all fuel-related inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain liaison with clients, suppliers and into-plane agents as required.
  • Ensure that all communications comply with AEG Policies and procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day administration functions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience of delivering high levels of customer service is essential.
  • High level of understanding in basic mathematical computation and principles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Proficient knowledge in conversion of currency and units of measurement.
  • Ability to establish priorities and complete objectives independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to handle and resolve problems.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations and negotiations.
  • Flexibility to handle shift work.
  • Attention to detail is essential

Recommended Experience:

  • Associates / Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Aviation Fuel & Flight Operations knowledge
  • FAA Certified Dispatcher preferred, but not required
  • Multilingual
