Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced IT Service Dispatcher & Contract Specialist.
Voice Products Inc offers our customers qualified personnel for sales, product training, timely service, and software support as part of our continuing commitment to service. In all customer relations, Voice Products will uphold the fundamental values of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility.
Job Responsibilities
•\tAnswer incoming phone calls or emails from customers and responding to service requests
in a timely and respectful manner.
•\tUnderstanding the needs of the customers and create work orders from these calls.
•\tTrack open work orders for requirements to complete.
•\tCreate annual warranties and service contract proposals for product solutions to customer.
•\tAssist in collections and billing.
•\tAvailable for special projects as needed.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
•\tSkillful in customer service
•\tSelf-motivated, dependable and able to work thru interruptions
•\tTeam player
•\tGood written and verbal communication skills
•\tGood arithmetic skills
•\tOrganized and is detail oriented with proofreading skills
•\tStrong time manager and ability to prioritize projects to meet set deadlines.
•\tMaintains a clean and professional appearance
•\tPositive attitude.

We specialize in voice & video recording, speech recognition, computer assisted coding, court room recording, 911 call logging and interview recording systems.
We pride ourselves on our Customer service and have more service personnel than any reseller in the Midwest. Our phone is answered by a human operator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 90% of the time you can talk directly to an engineer when you call.
