Our company is currently seeking a Construction Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong typing skills
Quick Books expert
Vast Knowledge of Quick Books T sheets and Projects
Knowledge of Bill.com
Understanding of construction pay apps
Understanding and executing Liens
Full understanding of
Retainage and WIP reports
Good memory
Capability to take ideas and run with them
Capability to work without direction
Capability to bring your ideas to the team to bring to light
