Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Responsibilities: Conduct and complete clinically sound functional behavior assessments for clients in residential programs. Write clinically sound, evidence-based behavior support plans based on assessment outcomes that adhere to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Supports(PBS). Assist in the implementation and the delivery of PBS throughout DD service models. Play key role on PBS Leadership Team, Universal Supports Team, Targeted Supports Team and/or Intensive Supports Team. Attend Human Rights Committee Meetings and present Behavior Support Plans as needed. Work alongside QA and Operations to ensure that PBS is fully integrated into all aspects of service delivery, evaluation, and quality improvement. Provide Advanced Prevent Training and re-certification. Attend risk meetings and participate in the risk committee process. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst and/or MA state Licensure as a Behavior Analyst. Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Demonstrated professional writing, organizational, data analysis and interpersonal skills. One to three years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a clinical role. Solid working knowledge and understanding of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Knowledge and experience in the field of Organizational Behavior Management a plus. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced and challenging environment. Experience working with a culturally diverse population. The ability to work independently, be organized, and use good time management skills. Good interpersonal skills across a variety of internal and external contacts. Ability to teach in both formal and informal settings, as well as to provide constructive feedback. The ability to read, interpret, and implement the MA DDS regulations 115 CMR 5.01 – 5.14.
