Spring Education Group is a multi-brand education network of superior private school institutions spanning infant care through high school. The network (currently composed of approximately 220 schools) brings together some of the best private school programs in the country, with proven track records educating children through unique and carefully crafted curricula.

As the Digital Content Coordinator at Spring Education Group, your primary responsibility will be the ongoing update, optimization, and management of web content across our individual school brand websites. Working under the direction of the Director of Web Product Marketing, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital footprint and supporting the advancement of our online marketing programs.

This hybrid position is based out of our corporate office in West Chester, PA, or Scottsdale, AZ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Web Content Management: Lead the coordination, management, and execution of content updates on the school websites to ensure they are current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Website Optimization: Work with our internal and external marketing groups on planning, testing, and implementing strategies to optimize website performance, focusing on user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for School Operations staff on website management and develop up-to-date training materials for various platforms.

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Sitecore, with a focus on website content updates and optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Agility in adapting to changing priorities and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven independence in managing projects and making informed decisions with sound judgment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital content management, marketing, or a related area.

In this role, the Digital Content Coordinator will ensure that our educational brand's online presence is vibrant, informative, and effectively reaches our target audience, driving engagement and supporting the organization's goals.
