Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Duration: 6+ months Contract role

Remote role

Must Haves:

A minimum of 3 to 5 Years of working experience with ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding and Transitions.

Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities are required.

Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL. Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.

Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML)

Certified as ServiceNow - System Administrator (CSA) - Must

Preferred

Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL. Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.

Certifications

  • Certified as ServiceNow - Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in HR Service Management - Bonus
  • Mirco-Certified - Service Portal, ATF, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, HR Onboarding and Transitions - Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • You will work remotely as a ServiceNow Developer on our Service Delivery Team. You will have multiple opportunities to implement platform applications and features that transform and optimize the way we operate our business.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements.
  • Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
  • Deliver high quality ServiceNow code and customization with appropriate documentation and testing.
  • Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements, as necessary.
  • Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment
