Collaborate with product management team to align marketing efforts with company business goals. Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels. Interpret analytics from the digital channels and provide recommendation on tactics. Must be well-versed in digital marketing concepts and able to leverage the Internet and technology to engage target audiences, promote brands, drive conversions, and support business objectives. Conduct market surveillance for digital channels and create, manage, analyze, and present regular metrics reporting.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Oversees company websites, including website CMS and content library, for broken links, misspellings, and out-of-date content. Perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Interface with internal teams to deploy web content and online marketing initiatives, while optimizing user experience.
  • Leverage website analytic tools to conduct ongoing content, keyword, and URL audits to improve user and search engine relevancy of key pages.
  • Monitor contact form performance and website chat functions, ensuring notifications are delivered to the corresponding team members.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high levels of customer service and quality.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing other marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Proven track record in growing digital presence for brands.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and the digital landscape.
  • Excellent verbal, copywriting, and creative storytelling skills, with a very high attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other visual design tools.
  • Proficiency of website analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.
  • Ability to leverage Google Ads, Social Platforms, and email marketing to drive brand awareness.
  • Current knowledge in web commerce, social media trends and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Medical Device background a plus
