Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and expertise around campaign operations, including best practices
  • Responsible for campaign/project setup, template integration and execution based on predefined campaign specifications, including: create and manage custom triggers for user journeys and/or automations; deployment of emails; QA/QC of data flow and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with development and strategy teams to help visualize project landscape, and business rules and to provide phased project plans
  • Develop, test, and manage ongoing campaigns and data triggers based on client needs.
  • Responsible for the delivery and implementation of marketing automation solutions to support client initiatives.
  • Understanding of database and data source connections to CRM platforms.
  • Help develop documentation for all processes that support campaign operations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage projects that result in satisfied clients and project teams and ensure the delivery of projects on time and on budget.
  • Stay connected to fresh work in the marketplace via publications, online services, and relationships with the top reps, casting directors, location scouts, etc.
  • Prepare and update documentation, including but not limited to schedules, change requests, and resource updates.
  • Act as a key point of contact to McKinney Health throughout the project, representing the needs and communicating the status of the production team; Produce verbal and or written status reports for the PM/Account team; daily/weekly
  • Collaborate with the Tech Lead, Developers, and Studio team shepherding user experience and technology best practices throughout the project.
  • Generate, negotiate, and manage all aspects of schedule and budget.
  • Oversees all operations and logistics for a McKinney Health digital/social/print project, from the pre-production phase through delivery of the completed work
  • Manage multiple complicated productions simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate and supervise all internal and client approvals.
  • Approve and manage all expenses related to assigned jobs, including vendor invoices.
  • Responsible for production reviews by uploading into McK’s sandbox CRM platform and managing version control on our internal DAM.
  • Responsible for final delivery of assets by uploading them into our client CRM platforms.
  • Champion the Marketing Operations function by ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and communicated to the team.
  • Develop and maintain documentation as it relates to processes and best practices.
  • Lead all internal CRM/CLM training and certifications via Veeva and any third parties/platforms to ensure the team remains current with the knowledge base.
  • Serve as the key point of contact with Veeva representatives and manage licensing, subscriptions, etc.
  • Own any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.


Experience, Education, & Training

  • Veeva experience is required.
  • Experience with other CRM/CLM Platforms preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience required

  • Must be detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to remain calm during stressful situations while managing urgent deadlines, organizing, and multi-tasking a variety of details in ever-changing situations.
  • Must have demonstrated ability in diplomacy and problem-solving.


Location: NYC, hybrid

Salary range: 90-150K

The starting salary will match the skills and experience in the role assessed during the interview process.
