Oracle Cloud Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
Program Managers [Oracle Cloud]
Boca Raton FL -Onsite
Infosys Bill rate :150/hr c2c

Management of multi-pillar cross functional Oracle Cloud projects, being focused on overall project plans, scope, and resourcing as it relates to various Manufacturing and Cloud Implementation projects.
Tracking project milestones and communicating status to both internal teams and external clients during weekly meetings
Development of project deliverables such as:

Providing support creating approach and materials for Workshops involving both business and technical stakeholders
Providing support gathering business requirements and translating into design options
Documenting/defining processes to show where business and system processes align
Development of user accepting testing plans/scripts as well as facilitating various testing cycles
Defining post production support model and coordinating the hand-off between internal teams
Executive Level Communications:

Prepare and facilitate Steering Committee presentations
Developing program-level communications to all stakeholder levels
Ad-hoc presentations for the business as needed

Required Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
PMP and/or Oracle Cloud Certifications preferred
A minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Program Manager leading large scale, multi-pillar programs with at least 3 or more years of managing full life cycle Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
A sound understanding of Accounting and Finance business processes (For example: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report) with specific expertise in the Manufacturing industry vertical
Demonstrated experience acting as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders with communication skills to speak appropriately to both parties (translating 'technology' to the business and vice versa)
Experience in full life-cycle project development including requirements, design, development, testing and roll-out
Demonstrated experience in analyzing a business issue and developing a future state recommendation
Ability to set agendas and facilitate meetings, while focusing in on critical path discussion topics and necessary decisions
Experience creating training/user documentation
Exposure to project related work and standard software implementation artifacts
Ability to work with teams to uncover, define and document business processes and align them to system processes
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
PMP certification is a nice to have Oracle Cloud certifications would be ideal
Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members
Eagerness to mentor junior staff
Must be willing to travel

Primary Responsibilities

Act as the liaison with business managers, business users and IT execution team.

Support the definition of use cases, scenarios etc. and their corresponding design.

Develops and implements policies, procedures, and architectural principals to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Assist with the development of test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical development, and where possible, makes recommendations for improvement.

Assists in the identification, analysis, and resolution of technology infrastructure problems.

Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.

Recommends improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team.

Lead Proof of Concept (POC) for feasibility studies

Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously

Strong understanding of integration best practices and excellent relationship skills working with business leaders, stakeholders, infrastructure team and various development teams across the organization.

Able to work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.

Design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions.

Lead/drive interface mapping sessions

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a computer science/engineering, information technology or other related field plus more than 10 years of related experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven record of grasping highly complex problems and turning them into actionable plans to deliver quick time-to-value

Demonstrated experience in high level systems design, and security architecture design and development.

Proficient in all modules involved in Order-to-Cash (OM, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, WMS, Inventory, AR, Costing, XLA, GL), Procure-to-Pay (Purchasing, Inventory, WMS, AP, Costing, XLA, GL) or Forecast to Manufacture processes (WIP, Costing, XLA, Inventory) and Financials (FA, CM, GL)

Technical Expertise on Oracle Cloud financial modules and Oracle Integration Cloud

Technical Expertise on different tools/programming languages such as PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, Java, APEX, REST API

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop and communicate the architecture decisions that inspire and motivate partners.

Ability to instill confidence in the business and demonstrate the business value of IT.

Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.

Ability to make decisions and recommendations on complex issues and present to Sr. Management

Ability to learn a new business quickly

Ability to analyze data

Experience modeling architectures in UML

Experience with Oracle Cloud for Finance

Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) a plus.
