Our client is seeking a highly motivated technician to join their Service Department. Located in Benton Harbor, they are a premier dealer for Boats, and Pontoons, serving all of Southwest, Michigan. Key Tasks: - Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately. - Perform engine diagnostics and repair of inboard, outboard & I/O engines. - Repair and install parts and accessories in boats such as but not limited to props, starters alternators, bilge pumps, steering cables, electric anchors, depth gauges, etc. - Rig new engines on pontoon boats. - Prep new boats for delivery. - Change oil. - Winterize/Summarize engines and ballast systems. - Perform other tasks as required. Schedule: - Full time. - Be able to work weekends and holidays. - Overtime available during peak seasons. Pay is $20- $25 based on experience. Hours 8:30-5pm Monday- Friday (hours may vary during peak season. This is a contract to hire opportunity or direct hire with the right experience.
