Travel Nurse

Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Trusted has streamlined the travel nursing experience by enabling nurses to apply directly to jobs without the need for recruiters. 24 months of Home Health experience is required. 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred. Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license in hand at the time of application. Candidates must live at least 40 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing - Required. Schedule Notes: 5:00 PM - 8:30 AM all On-Call 5 Nights Per Week Every Other Weekend Required No Holiday Work RN will complete 2 patient start of care visits per shift. Two of relevant nursing experience. Must have acute care/hospital experience. Preferred Skills & Experience: -At least 6 months of Acute Care RN experience- Required -EPIC Home Health Application experience -Knowledge of Wound Care, Wound VAC, Tubes, Drains, Infusion- Required. -Medicare certified home care experience is highly preferred.
