Registered Nurse

Experience: 24 months of Home Health experience is required. 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license in hand at the time of application. Candidates must live at least 40 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Required Education: -BSN. -Graduation from an accredited school of nursing - Required. Schedule Notes: 5:00 PM - 8:30 AM all On-Call 5 Nights Per Week Every Other Weekend Required No Holiday Work On Call position for a total of 40 billed hours per week. RN will complete 2 patient start of care visits per shift. RN will triage calls from patients/families, follow up with physicians and go out for patient visits if needed. Two of relevant nursing experience. Must have acute care/hospital experience. Preferred Skills & Experience: -At least 6 months of Acute Care RN experience- Required -EPIC Home Health Application experience -Knowledge of Wound Care, Wound VAC, Tubes, Drains, Infusion- Required. -With previous and recent IV experience (preferred) within one (1) year. -Excellent customer service and communication skills. -Medicare certified home care experience is highly preferred.
