**Job Description**
McLane Global is looking for a warehouse Inbound clerk that can handle day to day receiving clerk duties as per the below role responsibilities. Retail and manufacturing supply chains depend on Warehouse Inbound Clerks to keep merchandise flowing through the system. Depending on the size and set-up of the facility, Warehouse Inbound Clerks may work independently, as part of a small group or as assistants to a large team. Warehouse Inbound Clerks spend some of their time on their feet and need to be able to bend and lift. Because of the physical nature of their job, Warehouse Inbound Clerks should be in good shape and possess stamina. Hours can be long, especially in busy seasons.
**Role Responsibilities**
Check the Inbound schedule daily and print the receipt lists accordingly.
Distribute the receipt lists to the warehouse receivers according to the Inbound appointments
Use customer service skills with truck drivers upon arrival
Check in and check out the drivers on our system
Keep track and records of all paperwork including BOLs, pick list, receipts list etc
Upload signed paperworks to the system upon completion of the receiving process from the
Close the orders on the system once shipped
Keep track of all office supplies and place orders with the management team as needed
Communicate with managers and CSR of missed pickup appointment
All other duties as assigned
**Position Requirements**
1 year of customer service experience
1 year of warehouse experience
Intermediate computer skills in Dynamics AX, Excel and Word
Able to read, write and speak both English & Spanish fluently
**Other**
