Job Overview: s a Data Analyst with Tableau expertise, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help our organization make informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and reports using Tableau and other data analysis tools. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Collection and Cleaning:
    • Gather and clean data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
    • Identify and address data quality issues.
  2. Data Analysis:
    • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Create statistical models and perform hypothesis testing as needed.
  3. Dashboard Development:
    • Design and develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Tableau.
    • Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.
  4. Data Visualization:
    • Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
    • Incorporate best practices in data visualization to enhance data storytelling.
  5. Data Reporting:
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different departments and teams.

  6. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  7. Data Governance:
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

  8. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and Tableau.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on Tableau.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent data visualization skills with a keen eye for design.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

  • Experience with other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
