If you pride yourself in the ability to interact with co-workers and customers with enthusiasm, tact, and empathy, then this position is for you.Major Duties and Responsibilities include:Greets, announces, and converses with customersAnswers incoming phone callsAccepts packages and assists vendors with deliveriesSorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mailSends completed title product to customerDetermines escrow requirements by reviewing title reports and buyer, seller, realtor, and lender instructionsVerifies taxes, assessments, water, and homeowners association duesOther duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in a related industry, a plusA helpful and cheerful imageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSpeaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situationsThe ability to function as a team player in a fast-paced environmentUse Information Technology to save timeKnowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsCandidate will need to obtain Michigan Resident Producer License and become a Michigan Notary Public within 3 months of hire dateHealth, dental, and vision all effective on the first day of employmentLong-term disability and voluntary short-term disabilityFlexible Spending AccountsBasic and voluntary supplemental life insurance401(k) retirement savings plan that includes a discretionary company matchGenerous Paid Time Off, including a Holiday Shopping Day, and a one-month Sabbatical#J-18808-Ljbffr
