Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fairhaven, MA
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
This is a hybrid role with the ability to work some days from home
What’s the Job?
- Assist customers / sales reps by updating orders and advising of sales programs
- Analyze and Answer inquiries about product performance, construction & availability
- Represent Acushnet at special events and answer participant questions
- Customer Service Order Entry and maintenance for all inbound customer calls
- Manage customization process from start to finish
What’s Needed?
- 2 year / 4 year college preferred
- Great problem solving skills
- 2+ years customer service, sales or golf industry experience required
- Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening
- Ability to work and thrive in a flexible work environment
