Are you ready to be part of our dynamic team?
As the Manager of Social Work you will:
- Maintain 24-hour accountability for the clinical and management functions
- Monitor and evaluate activities pertinent to the operation of the department.
- Supervise the staff that is providing supportive counseling and discharge planning through the care coordination process.
- Ensure that care is rendered to age-appropriate populations on each patient care unit.
- Be responsible for maintaining established standards, and administrative support and guidance to a department of social workers.
- Maintain ongoing collaborative and collegial relationships with Medical Staff, clinical and support departments.
- Demonstrate clinical skill and competence as necessary.
Scheduled Hours: 40
Work Shift: Days, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
Education/Experience Required:
Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
LCSW or LISCW
Previous management experience preferred
