Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator is often our patients' first point of contact. The Patient Care Coordinators therefore must represent Urology of Saint Louis with the highest standard of customer service, and compassion and perform all duties in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
The Patient Care Coordinator position can become a remote position. Remote work options are evaulated on the case-by-case bases no less than 6 months from date of hire.
Training is 8 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday for four weeks of in-class training and two weeks of on-the-job training (answering calls).
