What you will do
Do you have experience with Physical Security/Access Control Systems and enjoy working teaching and developing solutions for todays and tomorrow’s problems?
Do you enjoy developing Software, Procedures, and Processes to create solutions? Is so this might be the job for you.
This person is responsible to teach technical courses on Software House and American Dynamics Platforms. In addition, you will work with team members on material improvement, custom solutions for customer concerns. You will also perform migrations, redundancy, and system implementations of the core products.
How you will do
Perform Trainings remotely and in-classroom settings.
Setup Virtual environments to perform classroom trainings and migrations.
Interface with Sales and System Integrators for technical project conditions that may be required within the specific projects.
Perform System Migrations
Assist Sales Engineering in feature demonstrations of the products.
What we look for
Required
High School or Equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Information Technology background required.
SQL/T-SQL Skills strongly desired.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, working remotely with minimal supervision and high level of attention to detail.
Ability to be a team player at all levels of Johnson Controls and customer organizations.
Ability to travel about 50% throughout the assigned United States.
Excellent written & verbal communications.
Microsoft Office, database, spreadsheet, and presentation software proficiency.
Preferred
Physical Security Industry preferred.
Knowledge of CCURE 9000 and American Dynamics victor is preferred.
