Entry Level Recruiter — put people to work.
Qualify candidates through calls and virtual meetings; Manage a full pipeline using our CRM/ATS and sales tools
Account Manager (promotion track from Recruiter)
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Own monthly and quarterly sales goals
Bachelor's degree
Leadership instincts — internships, athletics, campus organizations, part-time jobs where you led
Genuinely excited about building a career in sales and leadership
Base salary + uncapped bonus + quarterly bonus eligibility
