Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions via video conferencing platforms.
• Apply solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Facilitate profound insights for clients regarding their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting approaches as necessary, and aiding clients in developing coping strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care for clients when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges. This includes individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. Your expertise will allow you to provide essential tools that empower our clients to enhance their well-being and navigate their personal journeys more effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature, enabling you to connect with clients authentically.
• Strong proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth tools.

Preferred Experience

While extensive experience is not mandatory, familiarity with telehealth practices and a background in working with diverse adult populations is advantageous. Prior experience utilizing solution-focused modalities and contributing to client growth will enhance your candidacy.
