Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and support systems.
• Utilize various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, to provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific goals and intervention strategies for each client.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Offer crisis intervention and perform risk assessments to ensure client safety when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of therapy sessions and assessments in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging and supportive group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and peer support groups.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote or virtual therapy setting may be preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate effective documentation.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches (e.g., EMDR, DBT) will be considered an asset.
