Work EnvironmentThe role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker is entirely remote, allowing flexibility to work from home while engaging and supporting our clients in their recovery journey. Our detox center environment provides specialized care to clients dealing with substance use disorders, ensuring a safe and conducive atmosphere for healing. Despite working remotely, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions—be it individual, family, or group therapy—using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s circumstances.
- Utilize proven therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to foster client engagement and healing.
- Develop and craft personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and interventions aimed at promoting client resilience and recovery.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate needs effectively.
- Maintain meticulous documentation that meets ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
- Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, educational psychoeducation classes, and supportive therapies that create a sense of community among clients.
Your clients will primarily consist of individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, who may also be experiencing accompanying mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will play a pivotal role in not only addressing their psychological needs but also empowering them to build resilience and recovery skills.
Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health or outpatient settings, specifically with clients in recovery.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing learning in the field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Experience in substance use treatment settings or detox centers is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and mental health documentation practices.
- Continued professional development through workshops, seminars, or advanced certifications.
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
