Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe and confidential space for clients.
• Document treatment progress and alter therapeutic approaches as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with our administrative team to manage billing and assist clients with any inquiries regarding insurance or payments.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated with best practices in the mental health field.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Utilize our custom online office platform to streamline your workflow, access resources, and connect with clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients residing in Illinois, representing various demographics and backgrounds. You will work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a valid and active LCPC license in the state of Illinois, enabling independent practice.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism with clients, families, and administrative staff are necessary.
• Must maintain a work environment that aligns with privacy and confidentiality policies, with a designated space for therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy across various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and technologies, including video conferencing platforms.
• Dual or multi-state licensure is considered a strong asset but not mandatory.
