Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Healing Springs Psychiatry Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing a billing service that streamlines administrative tasks, such as claims processing, client and insurance accounts receivable management, and benefit eligibility checks, allowing you to focus on client care.
  • Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy services to clients spanning various age groups, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their needs.
  • Documenting client sessions and completing all necessary notes and record-keeping activities in a timely manner to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  • Scheduling ongoing appointments and maintaining an updated calendar, enhancing client engagement and treatment adherence.
  • Exhibiting versatility in treating clients with diverse clinical presentations, requiring adaptability and a wide-ranging therapeutic skill set.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families within school settings. Your role will be pivotal in addressing a variety of mental health challenges, fostering resilience, and improving the overall emotional well-being of your clients. Through impactful therapy sessions, you will help clients navigate personal and relational difficulties, ultimately leading to enhanced life satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required, with a specific emphasis on relevant coursework.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois, enabling you to practice independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, accompanied by a sign-on bonus eligibility. Benefits for this W2 position include:
