Social Worker Contract PositionMake a meaningful impact by supporting students' well-being in a contract Social Worker role within a local educational setting near Eden Prairie, MN. Qualifications:
Active licensure as a Social Worker in MinnesotaPrevious experience working in a school or educational environment is strongly preferredKnowledge of child and adolescent development, crisis intervention, and case managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school staffStrong organizational abilities to manage caseloads and documentation requirementsAbility to develop and deliver supportive programming to meet diverse student needsResponsibilities:Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs while developing intervention plans tailored to individual circumstancesProvide counseling services to students individually or in small groups on topics including social skills, coping strategies, and conflict resolutionWork in partnership with teachers, administrators, and families to create safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentsFacilitate referrals to community resources and external mental health professionals as neededParticipate in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Maintain clear, compliant, and confidential documentation of services provided and outcomes achievedExperience a rewarding contract position where your expertise helps shape positive outcomes for students. Compensation for this position ranges from $34.35 to $54.35. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
