Description Nature of Job: Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Background – Picker/Packer Is this job 100% Onsite: Yes, Onsite – Eden Prairie Office – Shift hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM can be slightly flexible to work after 5:00 PM but must be there at FedEx pick-up times in late afternoon up until at least 5:00 PM.
Years of
Experience:
1 to 3 years of shipping experience with Fed-Ex and UPS portal experience is a huge plus and preferred. Computer
Skills:
Basic computer skills, Internet, Excel, E-mail, third party shipping software.
Start Date and Duration: Start ASAP and duration could go longer than a two-month period if performance is good.
Education:
High School Diploma or higher Additional
Requirements:
No forklift required but pallet jack experience required, standard safety shoes required. Soft
Skills:
Team player, ability to work independently, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks.
Job Duties: Labels, packs, and loads items for shipment according to specifications. Unloads delivery vehicles and moves items to appropriate area. Inspects for damage, compares items and quantities received against freight bills or other records, and documents discrepancies. Maintains records of all items received and shipped. Experience and

Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
