Pastry Sous Chef

OPEN HOUSE AT AYU ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13 FROM 2:30PM - 4:30PM

This is a leadership role for someone who is skilled in the craft of pastry, thrives in a collaborative kitchen, and enjoys helping others grow. As one of two Pastry Sous Chefs, youll work closely with our Pastry Chef and ownership team to support daily production, production planning, training, quality control, and seasonal menu development while helping shape the future of our pastry program.

Schedule flexibility is important. Youll occasionally need to adjust your regular schedule to help cover vacations, support events, or address unexpected staffing needs.
