Overview:
As an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist and member of our Digital Guest Experience team, you will be responsible for bringing our marketing and merchandising programs to life across various digital properties, while supporting and maintaining site functionality that directly supports promotions or sales.

 

With strong organizational skills and an eye for details, you will ensure timely and accurate representation of cross -functional programs on our eCommerce sites based on design, usability and technology standards as defined by eCommerce and Brand teams. You will work closely with marketing, merchandising, pricing, operations, and guest services, as well as our technology team and third-party providers, to deliver outstanding and engaging experiences that fuel online sales and profitability.

 

In this role, you will also look for ways to automate & streamline processes to create efficiencies across the Enterprise. You will collaborate with our IT partners, third-party providers, and business teams to map out requirements and assist with planning future process enhancements.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of online promotions and digital coupons.Executes tactical efforts to support online offers and promotions for weekly events, shopper marketing programs, and enterprise initiatives.

Manages the Digital Coupon system and workflows; partnering with cross-functional teams and third-party providers to ensure successful execution of the Digital Coupon program.

Owns the digital experience for a specific group of product assortments, including item set up, digital merchandising and promotions.

Collaborates with eCommerce merchandising, marketing and category management teams to develop timelines and requirements for visuals needed to support merchandising and marketing efforts online.

Builds and maintains product collections for specific marketing and merchandising initiatives; works closely with eCommerce Content & Engagement Manager & third-party support teams to assure online product assortment is aligned to support the promotion/program.

Provides timely data on digital coupon performance.

Partners with Business Analytics to gather general site and promotional performance data to help inform and influence future marketing and merchandising initiatives.

Influences platform roadmap; driving improvements to our promotional capabilities and overall functionality.

Is an active participant in cross-functional period planning discussions; helps to develop and communicate eCommerce channel and promotional plans to support Enterprise initiatives.

Steward for continuous process improvement; seeking ways to automate and streamline processes by working with cross functional teams.

Assists with User Acceptance and Quality Assurance testing efforts focusing on features affecting marketing, merchandising, promotional management or general core site capabilities.

Supports other projects, promotional offers, and efforts as directed by the eCommerce Content and Engagement Manager.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in eCommerce, Marketing or related field.

1-2 years experience in eCommerce retail, specifically online marketing and promotions.

Proven experience demonstrating the ability to make decisions and pivot quickly.

Self-motivated and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.

Good organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

eCommerce Platform tool management experience is a plus.
