N-able is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This role will deliver insights and actions from our enterprise data, provide data stewardship, and help to improve data quality of business-critical systems. This is a hands-on role, working cross-functionally with business leaders, internal IT teams, and product engineering groups to analyze, recommend and maintain business-impacting solutions.

What You'll Do:
Build and maintain data monitoring dashboards for proactive identification and resolution of data issues in core business systems

Aggregate and summarize large amounts of data into easily consumable information for business stakeholders through reporting and dashboarding

Analyze enterprise datasets to help answer key business questions to guide executive decision-making

Work with cross-functional teams to help them understand data to drive actions and intended results

Ensure that all reports and dashboards produced are thoroughly checked for accuracy and any unusual exceptions are appropriately investigated and highlighted

Create and maintain a data catalog for data in the enterprise data lakehouse

Educate business teams on data and procedures when rolling out new data products, including datasets, reports, or dashboards

Identify potential process improvements and recommend implementation strategies

What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience using SQL or Python for data analysis, and Tableau or similar for data visualization

Exceptional curiosity and ability to apply data analysis methods to answer questions through data

Ability to explain technical concepts and analysis implications clearly and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses

Excellent self-audit skills; careful documentation of process, testing changes thoroughly, and ability to interpret results to verify accuracy or identify anomalies

High attention to detail, a strong focus on quality, and ability to multi-task

Positive attitude, excellent soft skills, and hunger to improve technical knowledge continuously throughout career

Bachelor's Degree in analytics, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent
