As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence systems that are at the core of our product offerings. You will work closely with a team of data engineers and business stakeholders to create AI models that improve our products and services. Your work will directly contribute to the advancement of our technology and its application in real-world scenarios. 

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Design, develop, and maintain AI models and algorithms for various applications, including but not limited to machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify AI solutions that can enhance product capabilities. 

Conduct data processing and analysis to prepare datasets for training and evaluation of AI models. 

Implement best practices in AI model development, including model validation, testing, and optimization to ensure high performance and scalability. 

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and technologies to propose innovative approaches for solving complex problems. 

Document and present model development processes, results, and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Contribute to the company's AI strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities for leveraging AI to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. 

Proven experience in AI and data science model development and deployment, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and statistical analysis. 

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and familiarity with AI and data science frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas). 

Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles, along with experience in data mining, data wrangling, and data visualization techniques. 

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is highly desirable. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex data problems and provide effective data-driven solutions. 

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Demonstrated ability to apply machine learning and data science techniques to solve real-world problems, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in AI and data science. 

Self-motivated with a passion for AI and data science technology and its potential to positively impact the world.
