Responsibilities:
Overview: This position is responsible for design and implementation of print production graphics in a card manufacturing facility. Works closely with internal and external clients to interpret client demand and expectations for card graphics applications.

 

Responsibilities:

Plans, schedules, and implements card designs and projects

Inspects incoming artwork from customers to ensure it meets specifications

Troubleshoot customer artwork in order to obtain best results

Make suggestions on how to improve designs

Participate in calls and meetings with customers as needed

Prioritize work in order to optimize workforce and meet customer demands

Supports throughout print production process to ensure design integrity

Output artwork for internal and external customers

Output artwork for ordering of dies

Perform Graphic Design work as needed

Qualifications:
AA or BA in Graphics Design or 3 to 5 years of experience in a print production environment

High level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Proficient in Adobe InDesign

Knowledgeable in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office

The ability to comprehend and follow technical instructions

Firm understanding of print planning and composition

Strong communication skills

Proficient on PC

Knowledgeable in Esko PackEdge and Pilot software
