Responsibilities:
Work under general supervision of designated supervisor
Provide general administrative support and customer service
Process/enter daily time sheet data for hourly production/warehouse employees
Must perform assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner; attention to detail is critical to success in this position
Assist employees and management with questions, concerns or requests regarding payroll. This includes properly applying technical knowledge and skills, communicating and listening effectively
Enter payroll data into spreadsheets. Gather and report metrics.
Review payroll documents for compliance with policies and procedures.
Research and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with employees anddepartments.
Create purchase requisitions for office and shop supplies; respond to Aging Report as needed.

UKG Pro experience a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Prior payroll processing experience a plus
Data entry experience required
Solid understanding and working knowledge of payroll processes and systems
Strong MS Office (particularly Excel) and computer skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent reading and interpretation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
High degree of professionalism and solid ability in delivering high quality customer service and
establishing/maintaining effective and collaborative working relationships.
Excellent judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Work Environment:
This position reports to the Director of Operations/Production Manager. It focuses primarily on administrative work in the fast-paced environment of a trade show exhibit house where deadlines cannot be missed. The candidate is expected to follow all company policies and safety guidelines while upholding the quality standards of the company.
