PeaceHealth is looking for a per diem OB/GYN for the team in Ketchikan, Alaska

Experience Ketchikan, Alaska - a friendly, family-oriented community in scenic Southeast Alaska, just an hour and a half flight from Seattle. Enjoy the idyllic scenery, abundant wildlife, and great opportunities for hiking, fishing, boating. Entrance to the famed Inside passage, a network of waterways, Ketchikan is on an island accessible by jet or ferry and boasts an incredibly rich, native culture - the southern tip of the panhandle calls itself the Salmon Capital of the World.

Position Highlights
50/50 OB / GYNAssignment is 8-10 days/month, including clinic and first call days dependent on length of assignment1:4 first callGroup consists of 3 full time, hospital-employed physicians120-160 deliveries annuallyAirfare, lodging, transportation providedEPIC EMRCandidate must live in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, or Texas
Benefits & Compensation
Relief Hourly Rate: $220.36 for clinic hoursAdditional compensation for coverage that includes call, weekend call, and weekend call back hoursAirfare, lodging, and transportation provided for all assignmentsMalpractice

Primary and specialty medical care is provided by PeaceHealth Medical Group-Ketchikan and Prince of Wales Island. Our Trauma IV emergency department operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, staffed by physicians who are independent contractors employed by National Emergency Services (NES).
