Wir suchen Dich als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Herstellung von Röntgenspiegeln ab sofort und in unbefristeter Festanstellung.

 

Dich zeichnet Deine besonders sorgfältige, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus? Die Incoatec GmbH bietet Dir eine außergewöhnliche Gelegenheit an der Herstellung von Röntgenspiegeln mitzuwirken, deren Technik des manuellen Produktionsprozesses der Rohteile weltweit einzigartig ist.

Die Incoatec GmbH mit Sitz in Geesthacht bei Hamburg entwickelt und fertigt Röntgenröhren und-optiken für Analytikgeräte des Konzerns, die auf Diffraktometrie und Spektrometrie beruhen.

Die Röntgendiffraktometrie ist eine vielseitige Methode zur Materialanalyse und wird zum Beispiel in der Materialwissenschaft und Forschung zur Analyse von Kristallstrukturen eingesetzt. Ebenso spielt sie eine wichtige Rolle zur Qualitätsüberprüfung in der Industrie, unter anderem in der Pharmazie bei der Herstellung von Medikamenten. Auch in der Archäologie und Kunstwelt werden mit der Röntgendiffraktometrie Gemälde, Skulpturen, Mineralien, Gesteine und Bodenproben analysiert.

Responsibilities:
Herstellung von Rohteilen für Röntgenspiegel: Du biegst dünne Silizium-Wafer hochpräzise im Submikrometerbereich. Optische Messungen bestimmen die exakte Form, die ggf. korrigiert und erneut vermessen wird. Die Qualität des späteren Röntgenspiegels hängt entscheidend von der Formgenauigkeit des gefertigten Rohteils ab.

Qualifications:
Das solltest Du mitbringen:

 

Du musst nicht zwangsweise über eine spezifische Berufserfahrung, sondern über bestimmte Fähigkeiten und Eigenschaften verfügen

Idealerweise hast Du eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem produzierenden oder technisch-handwerklichem Bereich, z. B. als Feinoptiker, Augenoptiker oder Verfahrensmechaniker - Brillenoptik, Modellbauer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Du bringst eine besonders sorgfältige, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise bei sich wiederholenden Arbeitsschritten (manuelle Serienproduktion) mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen mit

Du überzeugst durch eine ruhige Hand, zeichnest Dich durch viel Geduld, Ausdauer und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft aus

Dir liegt die Fähigkeit zur exakten Dokumentation, Auswertung und Analyse von Fertigungsschritten und Messdaten, insbesondere im Umgang mit Excel
