As a Senior FOGS Coordinator, you'll coordinate the processes and people that drive material management within Manufacturing facilities and aid in Production Scheduling.

What is the work?
Inventory Management / Compliance:
- Monitors flow of goods through the Plant by ensuring all documentation is performed timely, accurately, and efficiently
- Ensures accuracy of inventory levels in Axapta
- Identifies discrepancies in inventory levels; works to correct them
- Ensures inventory accuracy through accurate inventory counts, proper scanning, and accurate receiving
- Analyzes inventory level shortages and overages; ensures issues are fixed
- Analyzes all reports to ensure accuracy (e.g., period end reports, detailed variances, invoicing, and billing)
- Works with Accounting to ensure items the facility is producing are accurately tracked
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Performs additional duties as assigned

[Production] Scheduling:
- Analyzes finished goods levels, what Stores are requesting, and what needs to be done to keep up the inventory level to develop the production schedule
- Works with Procurement to ensure inventory levels are appropriate to run according to production schedule
- Ensures service levels to Stores are accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies
- Trains leaders and Partners on the Axapta system for work orders; ensures they are input in Axapta and completed correctly
- Works with BDMs, Procurement, Accounting, facility Partners to coordinate prorations
- Ensures the first product in is the first product out

What is your background?
- High school diploma (required)

Do you have what it takes to be a fit as a Senior FOGS Coordinator at H-E-B?
- Technical knowledge of inventory processes and equipment assembly / disassembly
- Working knowledge / understanding of Quality, Environment and Safety (QES) standards
- Advanced math skills (+, -, *, /)
- Advanced verbal / written communication skills; advanced reading and comprehension skills (related to manuals / instructions)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced organization skills; attention to detail
- Intermediate PC skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, OMI, XPTR, CIMPRO, Axapta, and other required in-house systems and applications
- Ability to work in a team-based environment

Can you...
- Regularly lift 20 lbs or more
- Occasionally lift 30 - 50 lbs (for equipment verification and inventory) and 80 - 100 lbs
- Stand, stoop, walk, bend, and climb, with or without accommodations
- Work in temperatures ranging from 20 to 120 degrees and ambient temperatures
- Work in an environment that may be wet and slippery with various residues, including product, water, and chemicals
- Handle power equipment
- Work extended hours and rotating schedules
