Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Sales Representative (m/f/d) Nord-West Region Deutschland im Außendienst.

 

Responsibilities:
Aktive Kundenakquise und Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstamms: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Identifizierung potenzieller Kunden und die Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden.

Beratung und Verkauf: Sie verstehen die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden. Ihr Ziel ist es, den Kunden durch kompetente Beratung zu überzeugen und langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen.

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien: Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Sales Manager zusammen, um effektive Vertriebsstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Durch Ihre Marktkenntnisse und Ihr analytisches Denkvermögen tragen Sie dazu bei, unser Vertriebspotenzial voll auszuschöpfen.

Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen: Sie repräsentieren unser Unternehmen auf Messen und Veranstaltungen, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und unser Netzwerk auszubauen.

Qualifications:
Abgeschlossene Bachelor Studien in Mikrobiologie, Chemie, Biologie oder eine vergleichebare Ausbildung

Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb: Sie können auf einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb zurückblicken, idealerweise im Vertrieb von Invitrodiagnostika. Erfahrungen in der Kundenakquise und im Beziehungsmanagement sind von Vorteil.

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Sie kommunizieren klar und überzeugend, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich. Sie können komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darlegen und überzeugende Verkaufsgespräche führen.

Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit: Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, sind aber auch ein Teamplayer, der sich aktiv einbringt und gemeinsam mit anderen Lösungen erarbeitet.

Reisebereitschaft und gültiger Führerschein: Die Position erfordert eine Reistätigkeit innerhalb des Verkaufsgebietes von bis zu 50 %, daher ist

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse: Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
