Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities
Delight customers with our southern hospitality and service
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, solid software skills, and accuracy in all financial transactions
Organize and dispatch all horse-drawn carriage tours
Work in conjunction with sales, tour guides, and barn crew in a tourism and hospitality environment
Help foster a culture of excellence by treating customers and colleagues with respect
Anticipate the needs of your team and customers alike, and be at the ready to lend a hand
Requirements
Experienced in a customer-facing and service-minded environment
Ability to exercise logistical skills and good judgement in a fast-paced environment
A positive, professional team player
Comfortable around animals including large draft horses
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
Pre-employment drug screen
Open availability with schedules being posted two weeks out
About Old South Carriage Company
Old South Carriage Company is a family owned business that was established in 1983 with 3 horses and one small carriage. Today, with 40+ horses, three barns, multiple downtown sales locations, and a fleet of 20 carriages, Old South Carriage offers what you would expect from a large touring company without sacrificing the personal commitment unique to a family owned business. We are a premier tour operator with a focus on serving our Charleston visitors with unsurpassed hospitality and providing excellent equine care to our horses.
