RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Infirmier(ere) de Mieux-etre:

Vous coordonnerez, avec le coordonnateur des soins de santé, la surveillance de la santé et du bien-être des résidents. Vous devrez administrer les médicaments, réaliser des évaluations, coordonner les services avec les fournisseurs de soins externes et travailler étroitement avec les familles, les résidents et le personnel de première ligne.

Licence d’infirmier(ère) auxiliaire requise, minimum d’un an d’expérience en santé à domicile, en aide à la vie autonome ou en soins de longue durée.

Nous souscrivons au principe d’équité en matière d’emploi.  Wellness Nurse: Coordinate with the Resident Care Director to monitor health and wellness of residents. Performs medication passes conducts assessments coordinates services with outside care providers and works closely with families, residents and frontline staff.

Requires RNA license, minimum of 1 year home health, assisted living or long-term care experience.
