Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate all technical equipment for live shows and events, including lighting, sound, and video systems onboard the cruise ship

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all technical aspects of the show are executed according to plan

- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during rehearsals or performances

- Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure smooth operation

- Assist with the load-in and load-out of equipment at each port of call

- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others

- Keep detailed records of all technical equipment and supplies, and assist with inventory management

- Train and supervise other crew members on the proper use and handling of technical equipment

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our shows and events

Requiremenst:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Stage Technician in a live entertainment setting

- Strong working knowledge of lighting, sound, and video equipment and systems

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and work schedule

- Flexibility to travel and work on a cruise ship for extended periods of time

- Technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred
