Job Description

The Ravinia guest experience is more than the performance on stage. Our beautiful, welcoming park is what makes listening to music at Ravinia truly special, and we’re excited to open our gates to concertgoers. From morning to night, each of our employees contributes to making live music at Ravinia extraordinary.

As Usher, you will greet guests at the Pavilion, assist them to their seats, answer questions, and enforce rules. Shifts vary from park open to park close.

General Responsibilities 

Welcoming guests at the Pavilion gates 

Learning the seating map and how to read tickets to help guests find their seats 

Becoming familiar with the park to give directions when asked 

Enforcing audience rules
