Overview:
Caldera Sprng's Forest House is looking to hire a Front of House Supervisor The Forest House will serve as a central gathering space for the community, complement the existing Lake House and doubling the aquatics and wellness features at Caldera Springs.The Forest House Pool & Fitness Center Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the Forest House Pool and Fitness Center in Caldera Springs as directed by the Forest House. This includes looking after the comfort and safety of the owners and guests at the Forest House Pool and Fitness Center as well as; ensuring the cleanliness and general maintenance of the Forest House Pool and Fitness Center equipment. Oversee performance of Pool and Gym Team and their assigned duties.

They will always conduct themselves in a manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. They shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice

Responsibilities:
Assist in the evaluation, and oversees the performance of all Pool and Gym Attendants

Cover all duties for guest and owner arrival at the Forest House

Assist Forest House Manager in training all Pool and Recreation associates for the summer season.

Responsible for job assignments, employee duties and performance of all Pool and Gym associates and any other assigned associates.

Conduct daily inspections of the building and pool area for cleanliness and safety; along with action taken to correct deficiencies or recommendations for corrective action; follow through with the immediate resolution of any safety hazard and ensure proper documentation of any incident or accident.

Maintains laundry inventory levels for the Forest House

Ensures upkeep of The Forest House using the HotSOS Work Order system

Maintain working knowledge of guest/owner status and applicable amenities to help better education all guests and owners in a professional manor.

Instills a calm, organized approach in all stressful situations

Maintains a safe and pleasant work environment

Maintains a strong morale and spirit throughout team

Provides clear direction of goals and objectives to team

Offers warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of Caldera Springs including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guest

Resolves owner and guest issues promptly and with great care and effectiveness

Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of all Caldera Springs amenities as well as owner events

Qualifications:
Experienced in working with varied ages.

Strong leadership skills necessary.

Effective communication skills required.

Ability to organize large groups of people effectively and safely.

Ability to work well with others and perform effectively under high intensity situations.

Cashier experience helpful.

Physical ability to meet the demands of the position including lifting of heavy objects.

Must be willing to work flexible hours and days.

Preferred current first aid and CPR certificate.

Must have a current, clear and valid driver’s license.

Must be willing to work weekends

Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards

Must have excellent leadership skills

Must be a positive example for team
